Obviously, its natural to be sceptical about anything you buy, but when I first met Esther Kingsley and Jonathan Fening the Senior Consultants at Richesther Care Consultancy. I had no doubts about engaging the company to help us with our CQC registration.

The support and encouragement were always available – sometimes having to call them out of hours. During the process we were guided on what CQC expectations were. I was loaded with amazing information on how to pass the interview and how to answer the questions.
