Requirements:
Worked as a carer previously in the UK (Preferably at least 3 months experience)
Hold a Driver’s license (Not Mandatory)
Experience working with young people would be beneficial.
3+ years of Graphics design experience and able to interpret instruction for young people into graphic images using Microsoft, Adobe, indesign/Corel Draw, and web design and other relevant applications.
Preferably a Certificate or Diploma in Computer studies relevant in Graphic Design or a related discipline with ability to help young people with their computer assignments, using mac or window computer.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. You have a meticulous approach and strive for design consistency, precision, and accuracy for images of the company.
Creativity, innovation, and the capacity to independently develop design solutions for the advert growth of the company
Ability to relate with young people in English language and to be able to impact them with computer knowledge.
Ability to manage the smooth run of the website, e-mail and applications for the RSIL
Richesther Homes – Semi Independent Living LTD is a company who specialise in providing care and support for young people in semi-independent living services. We have a very exciting position for a Graphics Designer to join our friendly team in our Milton Keynes office.
Role and Responsibilities:
Service User Information Materials: One of the primary responsibilities of RSIL graphic designers is to produce service user information materials. These may include brochures, pamphlets, and booklets that explain activity procedures, or detail the instructions available within the RSIL. Designers must ensure that these materials are not only visually appealing but also easy to understand, even for individuals with limited language literacy.
As Graphics designer for RSIL, you will be engaging the young persons aged 16 +, with the computer appreciation knowledge during activity to enhance their course of study
Create designs that will enable young people to easily understand instructions.
You will also be responsible with all the image representation of the company as well as manage the website, email and work applications for the company.
We are also committed to the continuing development of all our team members, so we can empower them to lead fulfilling careers in computing.

As Support Worker for this 3-bed home, you will be caring for those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties aged 16 +, with the support of a strong team of care professionals.
We are also committed to the continuing development of all our team members, so we can empower them to lead fulfilling careers in care.
Role and Responsibilities:
Delivering high quality support and care tailored to the service users needs whilst promoting their dignity and independence
Providing comfort and companionship to those in your care
Encouraging young people to get involved in fun social activities
Undertaking observations on those in your care and documenting this as necessary in their care plans
Attending appointments, social visits, and days out with those in your care
Assisting with daily household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
